Mac Memberships

Member savings are HUGE.

The hourly rate for all services, consultations, and individual sessions is currently $225. Each one-hour group class or workshop is valued at $39. 

A Classic Membership with all the benefits for one full year costs less than the price of 4 personal sessions at the a la carte rate. Plus, you get the Mac health monitoring, 24/7 access to the Class Library, Q&A, and other resources only available to Members.

A credit is equivalent to one hour for all consultations, sessions, and hourly services.

Credits are included with your account and are deducted in 1/4 increments for each service or support call.

Mac Classic Memberships include one hour per month of support time.

The cost of a credit is greatly reduced from the hourly rate, so you automatically save 30% on all services just for being a member!

When your credits are used up, you get the discounted rate for additional support time.

The main difference is 1-1 support time vs. group support.

For clients who want to have sessions about once per month or have more involved projects, a Mac Classic level is best to include 1-1 time plus all available supplemental services.

If you generally have quick questions from time to time and like to receive group support and online interaction, the Weekly Q&A works best.

For those who like to learn on their own and would like to attend classes, the Class Pass is the perfect plan.

Even Macs have problems sometimes, and yes, they can and do get infected with malware. Our maintenance software detects these issues and we alert you if you need to take action. 

But we go way beyond troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Technology moves fast, and we are here to keep you up to speed with all the latest developments. Our classes, workshops, and Q&A sessions are created so you can learn more, be more productive, and gain confidence in using your tech.

Yes! The world is full of information that you can find if you know what to look for and where to look for reliable information. And if you have a newer product with a warranty, definitely use that anytime you need it!

But we can identify and solve most common questions and issues in a fraction of the time it might take to search for an answer on your own, or even through another IT department. Technology is complicated--but we are not intimidated and we specialize in Apple products! Our vast knowledge combined with the convenience we offer is priceless.

We help and teach customers with all kinds of projects and topics, that a phone support call or internet search may not be able to achieve.

In this market, it is hard to know who to trust, but we deliver convenience, expertise, personalized service, and knowledge--value above and beyond what you pay for a Membership.

We are not a help desk and do not have 24/7 support. We are Mentors who work by appointment during regular business hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday, Central Time. We have a ticketing system to capture all support and scheduling requests via phone, email, or text. We generally respond to every request within 4 hours, during business hours, and we always recommend setting an appointment for most needs. If you have an urgent support request about your Apple products, we recommend calling Apple Support directly.

If you own Apple products and have questions around learning the software, becoming more productive, and troubleshooting common issues, we are your team!

For specific subjects or particular apps or third-party devices, get in touch first to ask. We want to make sure we are a good fit for each other, so if you're on the fence, reach out and chat with one of us!

If you do try out a Membership and are not satisfied with your experience within 30 days, you can ask for a refund of the remainder of the Membership fee.

Memberships have a one-year minimum commitment. If you cancel before the end of a one year term, you pay any remaining balance of the full value of the services already rendered. 

Upon cancellation, any unused credits will be forfeited, access to the Member Library will be revoked, and you will no longer be billed for monthly services.
